Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our Legal Tech Center team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Manager and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Manager's calendar, coordinate meetings and appointments, and plan business trips.
  • Coordinate and execute events, workshops, and conferences in the Legal Tech area.
  • Prepare and edit complex legal documents, presentations, and reports in English and German.
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
