Your Responsibilities
In this position, you will assist the team in various capacities, including:
• Performing organizational, communication, and administrative duties such as coordinating team events, scheduling meetings or workshops, managing equipment orders, and arranging travel for team members and managers, along with team reporting and portfolio oversight.
• Engaging in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes, which involve crafting job postings, reviewing CVs, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and facilitating the smooth onboarding of new team members.
• Supporting local teams at the SAP Innovation Center.
• Enhancing process efficiency within the team, such as refining the hiring process and operational workflows.
• In addition to your primary responsibilities, you are encouraged to explore and contribute to other team initiatives or introduce innovative ideas.
Your Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines in design or computer science.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both internally and in customer interactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ideally, prior practical experience in recruitment and/or corporate communications.
- Fluent in both English and German, with strong written and verbal skills.
About Your Team
As a working student (f/m/d) in Operations and Team Assistance within the Composable Process Platform (CPP) unit, you will join a technology-driven team dedicated to shaping the future of SAP software. Our team engages in diverse projects related to composability, ranging from immediate executive requests to long-term collaborations across various sectors, where multiple teams converge towards a unified vision of a composable enterprise utilizing the SAP Business Technology Platform.
Your application should include a cover letter, a resume in tabular format, school leaving certificates, proof of enrollment, current university transcript, copies of any earned academic degrees, and, if available, references from previous employers (including internships). Additionally, please outline your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/programming languages.
