Your Responsibilities
In this position, you will assist the team in various capacities, including:
• Managing organizational, communication, and administrative duties such as coordinating team events, scheduling meetings or workshops, processing equipment orders, and arranging travel for team members and managers, as well as overseeing team reporting and portfolio management.
• Facilitating recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes, which includes crafting job postings, reviewing CVs, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communication, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Supporting local teams at the SAP Innovation Center.
• Enhancing process efficiency within the team, such as refining hiring procedures and team operations.
• Additionally, you are encouraged to explore and contribute to other team initiatives or introduce innovative ideas.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines in design or computer science.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both internally and in customer interactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ideally, some practical experience in recruitment and/or corporate communications.
- Fluent in both English and German, with strong written and verbal skills.
Meet Your Team
As a working student (f/m/d) in the Operations and Team Assistant role within the Composable Process Platform (CPP) unit, you will be part of a technology-driven team dedicated to shaping the future of SAP software. Our team engages in a variety of projects focused on composability, ranging from immediate executive requests to long-term collaborations across different sectors, working towards a unified vision of a composable enterprise utilizing the SAP Business Technology Platform.
Your application should include a cover letter, a resume in tabular format, school leaving certificates, proof of enrollment, a current university transcript, copies of any academic qualifications already obtained, and, if available, references from previous employers (including internships). Please also detail your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/programming languages.
