Key Responsibilities
As a Student Assistant in the Office of the CTO, your responsibilities will encompass the following:
- Assist in coordinating activities within the CTO Office team.
- Facilitate the formation of project teams and engage in projects alongside various business units.
- Manage both internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with internal taskforces to gather updates on significant initiatives and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure alignment on strategic matters between the CTO Office and other departments.
- Coordinate internal requests and support efficient expert involvement.
- Provide additional ad-hoc assistance as required by the team.
Qualifications
Candidates should be currently enrolled in a university or a university of applied sciences, preferably in fields such as:
- Business Administration, IT Management, Operations, Management, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools is essential.
- A background in IT is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud Reporting, Concur, etc., is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize effectively.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to simplify complex issues from conception to execution.

About Your Team
The Board Area Technology & Innovation (T&I) is at the forefront of developing SAP's platform. The flagship of T&I is the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), which serves as the cornerstone of the intelligent, sustainable enterprise. SAP BTP integrates capabilities across application development, automation, integration, data analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) into a cohesive and interoperable platform.
The Office of the CTO plays a crucial role in facilitating the CTO's responsibilities by optimizing time, information flow, and decision-making within T&I and in collaboration with other board areas. The team supports the CTO's daily operations, ensuring effective governance and relationship-building with key stakeholders. Responsibilities also include preparing for both internal and external meetings with customers, partners, or analysts, along with managing organizational tasks related to the CTO.
