- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in your designated area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a range of activities, including networking, site visits, and cold-calling
- Convert commercial discussions into signed contracts and deliver results-driven solutions
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
- Senior B2B sales experience in a fast-growing, dynamic multinational business
- Business development background in complex solution/service led sales
- Previous experience in commercial real estate investment or franchise development
- Self-sufficient, deal-focused, and can-do mindset, willing to take risks to succeed
- Proven ability to remotely manage and motivate a team to develop, track, and close large deals
- Demonstrable track record of sourcing & delivering multiple deals of a meaningful scale (€250k+ investment)
- Fluent in German and English is a must
- Laptop + mobile
- End-of-year bonus up to 50%
- Car allowance
- Travelling to clients 3-5 times a week
- Very competitive commission structure
