Business Development Manager

IC Resources is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and revenue in the DACH territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, conducting complex contractual negotiations, and planning and delivering marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DACH territory, leveraging your expertise in the electronic components industry.
  • Contract Negotiations: Conduct complex contractual negotiations to secure new business and drive revenue growth.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Plan and deliver marketing initiatives to support business growth and expansion.
  • Client Retention: Work closely with clients to ensure retention and increase revenue.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Secure new customers and develop relationships to drive business growth.
  • Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with new market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture existing and new client relationships to drive business success.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: +3-5 years of field sales experience in sales, marketing, with previous Aerospace/Mil industry experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, IT fluency, and proficiency in German and English.
