Business Development Manager

BTC Electronic Components is a leading provider of electronic interconnect products to major military and aerospace manufacturers.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, diversifying revenue streams, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the organization. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide sales support and training to internal teams to ensure effective sales execution.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts, reports, and other sales-related documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the electronics industry, with a focus on business development and growth.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in sales tracking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
