HR Support Specialist

Deployables Cubed GmbH is a pioneering German NewSpace enterprise focused on the development and production of release actuators, mechanisms, and deployable structures tailored for diverse space applications. Since its inception in 2018 with a modest team and a 3D printer, the company has evolved into a key player, supplying innovative solutions to leading space exploration clients across 15 countries on 4 continents.
In the capacity of an HR Support Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in assisting our Human Resources team throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Your efforts will be instrumental in attracting top-tier talent to our organization and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires who are set to contribute to our long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in crafting and disseminating job postings across various platforms and utilizing diverse sourcing strategies.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
- Prepare employment contracts and other essential HR documentation while supporting the onboarding process.
- Aid in organizing and executing career fairs and recruitment events.
- Generate regular reports and analytics regarding recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification in Human Resources.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR, preferably within a dynamic and international setting, is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
