We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to join our team at Baume & Mercier. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success through strategic planning, marketing, and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development
- Develop and implement the yearly Business Strategic Plan and Budget
- Propose and implement the distribution strategy to achieve the annual sales objectives
- Develop the business on all channels: Wholesale network and Ecom
- Marketing and Communication
- Implement Marketing and Communication strategy, in line with Headquarters guidelines
- Develop the marketing strategy and initiatives within the defined expenses envelope
- Manage all aspects of the brand's image building and development
- Operations and Team Management
- Manage the Operations processes
- Elaborate and submit in timely manner the annual sales forecast for each entity
- Coordinate the supply chain from ordering to shipping
- Team Leadership
- Manage the team in the Baume-Mercier team (1 Sales Operations Manager and 1 Sales/Marketing Manager)
- Recruit new talents to accompany the brand development
- Over 5 years of managerial experience in Luxury goods or High value product industry
- Passion for Market and Team Management
- Excellent Commercial background and negotiation skills
- Proven commercial experience in luxury goods as well as in marketing-mix
- Strong understanding of the new business challenges and client expectations (omnichannel approach...)
- Ability to lead transformational projects
- Strong transversal project management, negotiation, and communication skills
