Wir suchen einen Praktikanten / Werkstudenten / (F/M/D) für unser Team im Bereich Analog Layout Design.

Aufgaben:

  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Layout- und Schaltungsdesign-Ingenieuren zur Lösung technischer Probleme, die das Layout betreffen, um eine hohe Qualität sicherzustellen.
  • Verwendung von EDA-Tools (Cadence und Synopsys) für das Layout-Design und alle damit verbundenen Verifizierungsaufgaben, Durchführung aller Layout-Aktivitäten auf Zell- und Blockebene, Bearbeitung und vollständige Verifizierung.
  • Anwendung modernster Layout-Techniken zur Anpassung, ESD-Schutz, Verhinderung von Latch-up und Reduzierung parasitärer Effekte, mit einem Bewusstsein und Verständnis für den Prozess aus physikalischer Sicht.
  • Teilnahme an relevanten Projektbesprechungen, kontinuierliche Bewertung und Berichterstattung über Zeitrisiken.
  • Wo möglich, Verwendung von schaltkreisgetriebenem Layout und Berücksichtigung der automatischen Routenführung auf oberster Ebene.
  • Beteiligung an Überprüfungssitzungen und Vorbereitung aller relevanten Dokumente und Daten für das Wafer-Tape-Out.

Qualifikationen

  • Studium der Elektrotechnik, Physik, Informatik oder verwandter Fachrichtungen.
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch.
  • Gutes Verständnis des integrierten analogen Schaltungsdesigns.
  • Gutes Verständnis des Chip-Layouts auf Zell- und Blockebene, Bearbeitung und vollständige Verifizierung.
  • Hohe Selbstmotivation und Anpassungsfähigkeit.
  • Grundkenntnisse über CMOS-bezogene Bauelemente, einschließlich Hochspannung, sowie die Fähigkeit, das Design-Handbuch zu entschlüsseln.

Wünschenswert:

  • Erfahrung mit Layout-Techniken zur Anpassung, ESD-Schutz, Verhinderung von Latch-up und Reduzierung parasitärer Effekte, mit einem Bewusstsein und Verständnis für den Prozess aus physikalischer Sicht.
  • Erfahrung im Layout-Design und der Verifizierung von analogen ICs / Mixed-Signal-ICs. Fähigkeit, Ideen zur Reduzierung der Chipgröße zu entwickeln.
