Business Development Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Fluke Reliability. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the enterprise software and technology space.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming inquiries and requests for information, product demos, and services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Convert incoming leads into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that can be directed to the appropriate Sales function for further development into the Opportunity pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed KPI targets based on proactive activities, including dials, contacts, appointments set, LinkedIn connections, and services scheduled.
  • Research prospects to determine key qualification data, including company size, vertical information, buying intent, and decision-maker status.
  • Identify targets and call on new prospects to introduce them to Fluke Reliability, generating interest and moving the prospect along in the early stages of the sales process.
  • Develop additional leads and contacts that fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and move them through the Marketing funnel.
  • Leverage Growth Marketing platforms, including Salesforce, Five9, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and update the CRM/Salesforce database with all activities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluent or native Spanish, Italian, or French, with English as the primary language.
  • German as an additional language (preferred).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or demand generation in the enterprise software, SaaS, and/or technology space.
  • Cold-calling expertise in a B2B lead-generation environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Energy and drive, with the ability to pivot and thrive in a fast-growing business environment.
  • Team player with a desire to grow within the organization.
  • A strong background in technology, with knowledge of software as a service (SaaS) technology a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
