Job Title: Business Development Representative

Fluke is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and requests for information, product demos, and services.
  • Convert leads into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and direct them to the appropriate Sales function for further development.
  • Hit KPI targets by proactively engaging in activities such as dials, contacts, appointments set, and LinkedIn connections.
  • Research prospects to determine key qualification data, including company size, vertical information, buying intent, and decision maker status.
  • Identify targets and call on new prospects to introduce them to Fluke Reliability, generating interest and moving the prospect along in the early stages of the sales process.
  • Develop additional leads and contacts that fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and move them through the Marketing funnel.
  • Leverage Growth Marketing platforms, including Salesforce, Five9, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and update the CRM/Salesforce database with all activities.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent/Native Spanish, Italian, or French, and English as primary language.
  • German as an additional language (preferred).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or demand generation (enterprise software, SAAS, and/or technology, B2B).
  • Cold-calling expertise in a B2B lead-generation environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Energy and drive, ability to pivot, and a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-growing business.
  • Team player with a desire to grow within an organization.
  • A strong background in technology, with knowledge of software as a service (SAAS) technology a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
