Bosch is a leading provider of systems, solutions, and services that enhance safety, security, and comfort in buildings and homes. We are seeking a Pricing Specialist for Sales Excellence to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement pricing models and value-based pricing
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions
- Work with senior management to develop and implement sales initiatives and strategies
- Drive the development of standard sales processes and initiatives along the customer and sales journey
- Contribute to the definition of CRM processes and the introduction and management of organizational changes
- Design and implement digital and AI-driven sales tools to enhance the sales environment
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a consulting, business strategy, or sales excellence role, preferably in a large international company with a B2B focus
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
- Fluent in English and German, with a high level of proficiency in both languages
