Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Implementation Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with top-tier clients, contributing to innovative projects and advancing your career within a company that values professional development. You will be at the forefront of ECP projects as the first employee in this area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Stream Lead on ECP full cycle implementations.
  • Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and optimization for existing Employee Central Payroll implementations.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Travel to client sites as required to provide on-site consulting and support.
  • Participate in quarterly team events locally and annual company-wide events to foster team cohesion.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in German (C1 level and above); certification not necessary as long as you are comfortable communicating fluently in German.
  • Based anywhere in Germany with the ability to travel to client locations occasionally.
  • Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
