Position Overview: DACH Payroll Implementations Manager
Key Responsibilities
As part of the application services division and reporting to the Implementations Director, the primary role involves supporting our outsourced clients through the following:
- Serve as the regional leader (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) for all Payroll and Time implementation projects.
- Manage a team of local consultants and contractors as necessary.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new team members.
- Coordinate with project management across various initiatives in the region to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Facilitate lessons learned sessions to enhance implementation processes over time.
- Collaborate closely with delivery centers, fostering a unified team approach.
- Maintain cost control throughout projects.
- Assume a dual role by leading the team while also contributing individually as the Payroll lead on select active implementations.
- Engage with clients, leading workshops and guiding them towards optimal solutions.
- Ensure the creation of easy-to-manage, error-free implementations that adhere to best practices.
- Provide regular updates on project status and progress.
- Maintain effective internal and external communication channels.
- Adhere to project timelines and ensure the successful delivery of assigned implementation tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on Business or Technical fields, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in SAP HCM application implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland is essential.
- Participation in at least five project rollouts.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality support and implementation in Human Resources.
- Client-focused with a strong sense of accountability.
- Dedication to the customer, team, and project objectives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
