SAP Human Capital Management Specialist - German Payroll

Become a part of our Payroll Consulting Team

We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Lead who can spearhead SAP PY / SFSF ECP implementation initiatives and provide support to our clients regarding incidents and modifications related to the Payroll module and its processes. Effective collaboration in English with our Service Center teams is a crucial aspect of this role.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Payroll, ADM DACH Lead Specialist is tasked with evaluating and documenting Payroll, ADM, and Time & Attendance processes and requirements for our clientele. Most projects involve the implementation of SFSF Employee Central Payroll, SAP HCM Time Management, and/or integrations with these systems. This role also guarantees high-quality service in accordance with SLAs for AMS/Support processes in collaboration with global teams and assists the Sales function with requirements analysis, scoping, and project estimation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitating workshops with clients on payroll-related topics
  • Assisting Sales/Pre-Sales during Due Diligence Workshops
  • Assessing client requirements for the Payroll module
  • Implementing client specifications in SAP HCM PY or EC Payroll module
  • Developing functional documentation and workbooks
  • Overseeing Data Migration and Testing Cycles
  • Promoting the professional growth and mentoring of team members

QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • In-depth expertise in SAP HCM PY module
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Client-centric approach with a solid understanding of client needs
  • Positive demeanor and collaborative spirit both internally and externally
  • Leadership capabilities and motivational skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles
  • Ability to conduct business in additional European languages

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a collaborative, multinational virtual team environment
  • Proficiency in preparing reports, presentations, and coordinating meetings
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced settings

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of Payroll Control Center
  • Understanding of SAP PT Time Management
