Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our ambitious team. As a seasoned sales professional, you'll be responsible for driving business acquisition across Europe, leading the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure, and maintaining a qualified pipeline and CRM accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide sales support and guidance to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in a SaaS company or machinery service sector
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for technology and after-sales industry
  • Desire to work in a startup sales organization
  • Fluent in English, German native or Nordic language speaker
  • Based in Germany, Berlin preferred
