Job DescriptionWe're seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our ambitious team. As a seasoned sales professional, you'll be responsible for driving business acquisition across Europe, leading the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure, and maintaining a qualified pipeline and CRM accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide sales support and guidance to ensure seamless customer experience
- 8+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in a SaaS company or machinery service sector
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for technology and after-sales industry
- Desire to work in a startup sales organization
- Fluent in English, German native or Nordic language speaker
- Based in Germany, Berlin preferred
- Attractive salary and sales commission
