Job Summary

Ecolab is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the Hotel, Restaurant & Catering industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling hygiene solutions to existing customers, providing expert advice, and acquiring new customers in your region to drive continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow customer relationships
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on Ecolab's products and services
  • Conduct regular service visits and training sessions with customers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop strategies, and implement new product introductions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and colleagues to achieve sales and business objectives
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing activities independently
  • Represent Ecolab as a brand ambassador and share best practices in areas such as cleaning and safety, water, sustainability, efficiency, and innovation

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical education and/or completed technical or business studies
  • First-hand sales experience in the B2B sector, as well as technical understanding (desirable)
  • High level of communication and contact skills, negotiation skills, and service orientation
  • Team player with high learning ability, self-initiative, and a 'hands-on' mentality
  • Ziel-oriented and structured working style, as well as interest in dynamic work processes and frequent changing tasks at different customers
  • Proficient PC skills (in particular MS Office); experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) (desirable)
  • Good English skills in writing and speaking
  • Class B driving license and willingness to travel within your own sales area
