Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Global Product Manager to lead our critical care product portfolio on a global scale. As the expert for Fresenius Medical Care's AKI therapy systems, you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, product development, and market penetration strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Support: Provide product- and therapy-specific support to sales & marketing teams, assist with tender specifications, and respond to customer requests.
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for AKI systems in alignment with the company's goals, market trends, and customer needs in the sector of Critical Care.
- Product Development: Collaborate closely with cross-functional and agile teams to drive the end-to-end product development process, translating customer needs into product specifications and user stories.
- Global Footprint: Exchange closely with country organizations and business partners located in over 90 countries, driving revenue growth and profitability of the critical care product portfolio globally.
- Product Launch: Support product launches to ensure business success and customer satisfaction, being the expert in your products and challenging sales teams to communicate the features & benefits of our portfolio effectively.
- Presence in the Field: Be an important part of our success story and the future growth of our business, making an impact by getting to know our customers and colleagues through attending hospitals and congress events.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in natural or engineering science, preferably with a focus on medical technology.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, preferably with a focus on active medical devices and a good understanding of technical matters.
- Skills: High level of cross-cultural knowledge, ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and willingness to travel occasionally for business (up to 30% of working time).
- Language: Fluent in English, with knowledge of German and other languages a plus.
