Position Overview: Project Manager Operations

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager to oversee critical initiatives within the operations sector. This role involves close collaboration with our global partners to drive international projects. You will report directly to the Leader PMO Fittings, LIXIL International, serving as a vital collaborator for the executive management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and enhancing operational efficiencies across various divisions
  • Managing high-impact projects in the operations domain
  • Facilitating global projects that engage LIXIL International operations
  • Performing market research, competitor assessments, and feasibility studies
  • Formulating and executing strategies for manufacturing and supply chain
  • Establishing and evaluating Business Cases
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for executive meetings

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or (industrial) engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience in operations
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a global perspective
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in both German and English
