Position Overview: Project Manager Operations

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager to oversee key initiatives within the operations sector. This role will involve close collaboration with our global affiliate, LIXIL International Operations, to drive strategic projects. You will report directly to the Leader PMO Fittings at LIXIL International and serve as a vital partner to the senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and enhancing potential across various divisions
  • Managing strategic initiatives within the operations domain
  • Facilitating global projects that engage LIXIL International operations
  • Performing market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies
  • Formulating and executing manufacturing and supply chain strategies
  • Establishing and evaluating Business Cases
  • Acting as a strategic partner for senior leadership
  • Creating reports and presentations for executive meetings

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in business administration or industrial engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience in operations
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a global perspective
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in both German and English
