About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Success Manager to join our Italian and Spanish speaking team. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in Italy and Spain, providing them with expert advice and guidance on our investment products and services.

You will work closely with our product, capital markets, sales, and operations teams to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our product and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients in Italy and Spain, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our product, capital markets, sales, and operations teams to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance our product and internal processes.
  • Continuously expand your financial knowledge through internal training and self-study.
  • Use customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our product and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English.
  • Experience in supporting customers via phone, email, chat, and/or in person.
  • Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics, or a professional background in banking.
