Our innovative Feniska Base, a smart gadget placed under the litter box, empowers pet owners to monitor their feline companions' health metrics. Through our user-friendly app, we provide daily updates and valuable health insights.

Your Role as Office Administrator

As an integral part of our team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our office environment while supporting various administrative tasks.

  • General Administration: Streamline office workflows and ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Project Management Support: Assist with time and resource tracking, expense management, and project documentation.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage telephone inquiries, and draft professional correspondence.
  • Contract Administration: Support contract management processes, including review, organization, and filing.
  • Vendor Relations: Obtain quotes from vendors, negotiate terms, and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
  • Financial Support: Assist with invoice creation, data entry, and basic financial reporting.

Your Profile

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced startup environment.
