About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Deel Inc. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Building: Foster a positive and inclusive office culture by connecting with colleagues and welcoming guests.
  • Office Management: Manage the Reception Area, Meeting Rooms, and office main line phone, ensuring a seamless experience for all tenants.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Receive and distribute incoming packages, mail, and post, as well as manage office stationery and supplies.
  • Project Management: Organize and manage office-related projects, such as introducing a new meeting room booking system.
  • Event Planning: Plan and host events, negotiate quotes and agreements, and assist with marketing.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Take responsibility for onboarding and offboarding new tenants, including recruitment and coordination.
  • Operations Efficiency: Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as an office administrator, office manager, or similar.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with a willingness to take ownership.
  • Office Management Procedures: Familiarity with office management procedures and excellent knowledge of MS G Suite and office management software.
  • Language Skills: German language skills on a native level.
  • Personality: A service-minded, creative, and passionate personality.
