About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our growing tech team at 1KOMMA5° GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive in-person and remote support to our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for tools and hardware
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT strategies
  • Automate processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Align with key stakeholders to ensure IT goals are met
  • Support international user base with L1-L2 support
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of technology service desk support experience
  • Ability to demonstrate design thinking methodology
  • Experience with transformation/change management
  • Understanding and management experience with Tech tooling stacks
  • English and German language proficiency (C1/C2)
