IT Support Specialist

Total IT Global is a leading provider of IT infrastructure services, offering comprehensive solutions for hardware and managed services globally. We work closely with our clients to deliver end-to-end support throughout the IT hardware lifecycle, from consulting and procurement to maintenance, support, and disposal.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first- and second-level contact and problem resolution for client issues.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Communicate issue status and resolution in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of reported incidents.
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Support Apple devices and have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system.
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.
- Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized equipment.
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues.
- Have a broad understanding of IT, including networks, servers, audio/visual, smart devices, and telecoms.
- Work in a project-based environment, requiring flexibility and teamwork.
Provide support for client Windows platforms, including desktop/end-user technologies, collaboration tools, and mobile technologies. This includes laptops, mobile devices, video conferencing, network/remote access. This role works collaboratively with the Service Desk for end-user break/fix and other support functions.
