Overview

We are seeking a dedicated "Sales Manager Ground Based Systems (f/m/d)" to join our "Sales Ground Based Systems" division at the Oberkochen location.

The "Sales Ground Based Systems" team is tasked with the global marketing and sales of optronic and sensor systems, as well as products related to vehicle optronics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively securing national and international contracts
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Formulating and executing effective acquisition and proposal strategies
  • Providing expert advice to clients and partners regarding system design and interface specifications
  • Maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients, industry partners, and consultants
  • Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and relevant conferences
  • Supporting business development initiatives, strategic planning, and order entry evaluations

Willingness to travel for business purposes is essential.

Your Qualifications

  • Completed education in a technical discipline or equivalent; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Significant professional experience in international sales and marketing
  • Extensive background in capital goods markets, preferably in security and defense, or experience as a user of security solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, persuasive communication abilities, and cultural awareness
  • Fluent in both German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage
