Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Development Associate Intern to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development of our investment fund and contributing to the success of our portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of various strategic projects and drive them to completion
- Project-manage various processes end-to-end, including recruiting, acquisition, and fundraising
- Develop financial models with the support of our specialists
- Conduct research on target customers, competitive landscape, product specifications, and other relevant areas
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a track record of over-delivering and proactive problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have:
Work experience in demanding environments like investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or high-growth startupsPassion for private equity and M&AStrong analytical, research, and business development skills with a hands-on mentalityHigh fluency in Microsoft OfficeDeep interest/background in tech startupsExperience conducting outreach campaignsAbility to thrive independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentPositive, structured, and driven young leaderStudied/studying at a top-tier university, ideally with a focus on Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, the Natural Sciences, or a related fieldHigh fluency in English & GermanAbility to commit to at least a 6 month full-time internship or longer-term working student positionWhat We OfferWe offer a unique opportunity to make a large-scale impact, close exposure to founders, open avenues for growth, and a compensation structure based on deferred success and KPI-based incentives.
