Strategic Associate Intern

As a vital member of our founding team, you will assist in the ongoing development of Baobab's strategic initiatives:
- Collaborate closely with our CEO and leadership team to influence Baobab's long-term trajectory by participating in high-level strategic discussions.
- Conduct comprehensive, research-driven analyses on potential avenues for growth, including international expansion, new product development, or strategic alliances to refine our overall positioning and strategy.
- Facilitate the execution of cross-functional strategic projects from inception to completion alongside key internal stakeholders and external collaborators.
- Previous relevant experience in a high-growth startup, business operations within the tech sector, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
- Proficient in creating impactful presentations and possess initial experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects.
- Exhibit strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Demonstrate reliability, precision, and independence in your work approach.
- Possess excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with diverse stakeholders in both German and English.
- Willingness to work onsite at our Berlin office.
