We are seeking an enthusiastic Startup Operations Associate Intern to become a part of one of our innovative portfolio companies. Your role will be pivotal in actualizing the company's mission and advancing operational growth.
Your daily responsibilities will center around assisting operational strategies and contributing to a variety of engaging project initiatives.
Join our portfolio company: You will be integrated into an InsurTech startup dedicated to safeguarding businesses against cyber threats. This startup provides a distinctive blend of insurance solutions and cyber defense.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the CEO and the executive team to facilitate critical decision-making processes
- Acquire invaluable training and insights into a vibrant startup environment and its diverse departments, including sales, product development, and operations
- Assist in strategic projects that will influence the company's overall plans for international growth, market entry, and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with various interdisciplinary stakeholders and aid in the preparation of presentation materials
- Perform due diligence, competitive analysis, and market research
- Previous internship experience in a dynamic setting, such as a tech firm, B2B environment, startup, consulting agency, or similar
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects
- Eager to engage hands-on in a startup atmosphere and expand knowledge in InsurTech, cyber insurance, and cybersecurity
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities, with strategic and analytical thinking skills
- Dependable, precise, and capable of working independently
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in engaging with various stakeholders in German; proficiency in English is an advantage
Please note that we are looking for support at the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Authorization to work within the EU is also required.
