The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Lead to join our team. As a Recruitment Lead, you will play a pivotal role in hiring the best talent to drive our mission forward. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full recruitment cycle for various leadership, tech, and operations roles, from sourcing to offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the full recruitment cycle for several leadership, tech, and operations roles, from sourcing to offer.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a partner to hiring managers, delivering a great experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Proactively source, pipeline, attract, interview, and close candidates.
  • Market Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of the talent market, industry trends, technology, product processes, and the competition.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent, adjusting as needed to achieve hiring goals.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • C1/ Native German
  • Proven experience managing a team and driving recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
