About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culture and Employee Engagement Lead to join our global People Development and Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our employee experience programs, driving change management initiatives, and leading internal communications efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employee experience programs that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive post-merger integration activities and ensure a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver engaging internal communications campaigns that showcase our company's uniqueness and values.
  • Support business teams in their internal communication efforts, acting as a strategic partner and helping to effectively convey their messages.
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in culture and employee engagement, project management, and change management.
  • Excellent internal communications skills, with a talent for storytelling and presenting information in an engaging format.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bilingual - ideally native - in English.
