Objective: To improve productivity and optimize workflows in the intralogistics sector within a rapidly changing automation environment.

Position: Sales Executive for Robotics Solutions (m/w/d)Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales initiatives by formulating and executing effective sales strategies
  • Negotiate intricate agreements to create mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the organization
  • Work in close collaboration with the marketing department to develop lead generation plans and sales projections
  • Identify and understand client requirements, delivering impactful solutions aimed at achieving successful results
  • Concentrate on establishing a sustainable project pipeline to foster long-term growth
Required Qualifications:
  • Robust network at the executive level within sectors such as Industry, Logistics, or E-Commerce
  • Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Proven sales expertise with a keen ability to discern customer needs
  • Exceptional presentation capabilities and the skill to articulate complex processes
  • Experience in Change Management and proficient communication skills in both German and English
