Position: Aftermarket Sales Director

Position Overview:

  • Accountable for the growth and development of the aftermarket sector within the Power Systems division, particularly focusing on gas turbine applications.
  • Identify and secure new clientele while fostering relationships with current customers.
  • Spearhead the execution and refinement of the comprehensive CPS market strategy to meet revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Oversee negotiations for service contracts and agreements.
  • Partner with the CPS Marketing team to generate leads and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Deliver customer presentations, prepare management reports, and promote ongoing business enhancements.
  • Remain informed about industry developments, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Extensive experience in technical sales, ideally within the aftermarket or spare parts sector related to Power Systems or gas turbines.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and possess strong communication abilities.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
  • Willingness to travel within the country.
