About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our Power Systems team at Camfil. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads and develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills of our sales team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the industrial or commercial sector
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, including market analysis and competitor research
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
