This pivotal position will play a crucial role in our expansion strategy. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location within Europe. It is essential that you are available during the standard working hours of the target market. Additionally, regular travel to your designated sales area for client engagements will be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth and Objectives:
    • Accountable for generating new business opportunities.
    • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
    • Overseeing the complete sales cycle within your assigned region.
    • Identifying market opportunities to effectively position our offerings and enhance value for clients.
    • Collaborating with sales development representatives.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
    • Establishing and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships.
    • Integrating client success into the sales process from the initial contact.
  • Collaboration with Support Teams:
    • Working closely with marketing, technical sales, lead generation, and sales operations to ensure a cohesive sales strategy.
  • Market Insights and Strategy Development:
    • Analyzing regional market trends to uncover new growth opportunities.
    • Collaborating with marketing and product management to devise strategies that drive sales.
  • Reporting and Forecasting:
    • Providing timely revenue forecasts to management and ensuring a reliable sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in German (C1 level).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant sales quotas.
  • Experience in SaaS sales, particularly within the tourism and attractions sector.
  • Strong sales account planning abilities and the perseverance to follow through.
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills with a strong drive for achieving sales goals.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN and MEDDIC.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing remote work effectively.
