About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at Cluster Reply. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team, account managers, and technical experts to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Stack, Azure Integrations Services, and other related technologies.
