Entry-Level Customer Support Specialist

Position Overview: As a vital member of the Support team, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional post-sales assistance and solutions to Oracle's clientele, acting as a champion for customer needs. This role entails addressing non-technical customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone and electronic methods, alongside handling technical queries related to our Electronic Support Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, facilitating strong relationships with the Support team.
  • Assist in resolving post-sales non-technical inquiries and technical questions regarding our services.
  • Provide guidance and solutions for a diverse range of customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers throughout the support process, ensuring they are informed of progress.
  • Log and manage support requests, ensuring detailed records are maintained for future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service and support processes.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Fluency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to learning, with a willingness to utilize self-learning tools and resources.
  • Strong computer skills and a keen interest in IT are essential.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
  • Experience with Opera and Suite8 software is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
