In my role within the PMO, I orchestrate all activities to ensure the effective execution of our digital transformation strategy by organizing tasks and overseeing the project roadmap.

In this capacity, I serve as a key resource for facilitating the energy transition.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing transformation initiatives and ensuring the fulfillment of objectives and key results (OKRs), Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, Identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies, Creating and maintaining clear reporting structures, Utilizing contemporary project management methodologies and tools to foster effective collaboration, Facilitating and leading meetings, Coordinating infrastructure and resource allocation.My qualifications:
Degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field, Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management with substantial expertise in establishing and directing a PMO within an agile framework, Demonstrated success in driving agile transformations with an emphasis on strategic alignment and operational excellence, Proficient in English (C1), with German being a significant advantage.Flexibility and Work-Life Balance:
