To enhance our management team, we are seeking a Senior Project Management Director (m/f/d) with a focus on Life Sciences. This role involves, in close collaboration with the Business Unit Lead, the expansion of our service offerings and capabilities, as well as the generation of new projects within the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical sector.

Our esteemed clients have high expectations for the execution of their construction projects. With your expertise and drive, you will grow alongside us:

  • You will lead consulting assignments, ensuring our high standards of quality and service delivery are met.
  • From the conceptual phase, you will apply your extensive knowledge regarding the successful implementation of the overall strategy and contribute to project setup.
  • You will monitor adherence to project objectives, including timelines, budget constraints, and compliance with established processes and systems.
  • You will actively pursue existing contacts and business opportunities in the Life Sciences sector and expand the network.
  • You will identify new business opportunities and facilitate project commissions, including the preparation of pre-qualifications and proposals.
  • You will be responsible for staff selection, leadership, and development.

Qualifications

  • A completed degree in engineering or a scientific discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the aforementioned areas and responsibilities.
  • Experience in managing or co-managing challenging large-scale projects and/or programs, particularly in the Life Sciences sector.
  • Extensive knowledge in modern team leadership, along with excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, determination, and empathy.
  • Proficiency in both German and English, both written and spoken, as well as a strong command of MS Office applications; familiarity with spreadsheet software and adeptness with project management platforms.
