Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Office Lead to join our team at New Yorker. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the Project Management Office and providing strategic guidance on project management best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Project Management Office and provide strategic guidance on project management best practices
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and standards
  • Coordinate and optimize project management processes and procedures
  • Provide coaching and training to project teams on project management methodologies and best practices
  • Develop and maintain project management metrics and reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project opportunities
  • Develop and manage project budgets and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar role
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects and teams
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
