With extensive expertise in finance and accounting, you will collaborate with your team from the Accounting & Process Advisory sector to support our national and international clients. As a consultant and advisor, you will assist our clients with various issues in the accounting and reporting domain, including transitions from local to international accounting standards.
Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to support us as a consultant in addressing diverse accounting-related challenges and wish to enhance your profile through practical experience, we invite you to contribute in the following areas:
- Consulting for our clients in sectors such as Consumer & Industrial Markets, Information, Communication & Entertainment, Private Equity, and family-owned businesses.
- Actively participating in the development of innovative organizational models for accounting.
- Analyzing and optimizing financial processes.
- Engaging in corporate transactions, carve-outs, and IPOs to shape future organizational structures and processes.
- Assisting in the implementation and enhancement of integrated internal and external reporting systems.
- Utilizing digital technologies such as ETL, RPA, BPM, BI, or Artificial Intelligence as part of your role.
- You can undertake your student assistant role in Digital Innovation & Process Optimization with at least three completed semesters in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Your studies have focused on one of the following areas: Accounting, Controlling, Corporate Treasury, or similar.
- You possess initial relevant work experience through at least a three-month internship in Accounting, Controlling, Finance & Data Analysis, or related consulting.
- An interest in finance-related processes/systems and a passion for new technologies are essential.
- You are proficient in both German and English and are willing to travel to provide on-site consulting for our clients.
