Als Service Owner für M365 bei SAP bist du verantwortlich für die strategische Ausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft 365-Plattform in der Delos Cloud. Du spielst eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung der Azure-basierten und souveränen Delos Cloud.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Treiber der digitalen Transformation
    • Entwickle und implementiere Strategien für die digitale Transformation der deutschen Öffentlichen Verwaltung
    • Verantwortest die Einführung und Nutzung von Microsoft 365
  • Verantwortung mit Weitblick
    • Definierst die Service-Strategie für M365 in der Delos Cloud
    • Übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für den Service-Lebenszyklus
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT
    • Stellst sicher, dass die Bedürfnisse der Kunden Gehör finden und in die Cloud-Lösung einfließen
  • Kooperation und Kommunikation
    • Pflegst enge Beziehungen zu allen Stakeholdern, sowohl intern bei Microsoft als auch extern bei den Behörden und Ministerien
  • Innovationstreiber
    • Hältst dich über die neuesten Trends und Entwicklungen im Bereich der Collaboration-Technologien auf dem Laufenden
