Key Responsibilities
- Champion of Digital Change: In this groundbreaking position, you will significantly contribute to the establishment and enhancement of the Azure-based sovereign Delos Cloud. You will spearhead the digital transformation of German public administration by promoting the adoption and utilization of Microsoft 365. As the Service Owner for M365, you will guide the strategic direction and evolution of the platform, ensuring it aligns with the unique requirements of various authorities and ministries.
- Visionary Leadership: You will craft the service strategy for M365 within the Delos Cloud and take comprehensive ownership of the service lifecycle. From initial planning and execution to ongoing management and enhancement of the platform, the entire process will be under your stewardship.
- Bridge Between Business and IT: Acting as a connector between the specialized departments of public administration and the IT teams at Microsoft, you will ensure that customer needs are acknowledged and integrated into the cloud solution.
- Collaboration and Engagement: You will foster strong relationships with all stakeholders, both within Microsoft and with external authorities and ministries. Through clear communication and proactive engagement, you will build trust and encourage collaboration.
- Innovation Advocate: Staying informed about the latest trends and advancements in collaboration technologies, you will identify new opportunities for the M365 platform. Your innovative mindset and expertise will propel the platform's development.
