About Delos Cloud
Delos Cloud, a pioneering cloud platform founded by SAP, aims to deliver a sovereign cloud solution for the digital transformation of the German public sector. The platform is a crucial component for the implementation of the German Administrative Cloud Strategy (DVS) in compliance with all relevant data protection, IT security, and secrecy requirements. Delos Cloud is a trusted partner of federal, state, and local IT service providers, complementing their service portfolio. As a result, you will find exciting and varied tasks in an innovative and meaningful environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive digital transformation: As a key player in building and developing the Azure-based and sovereign Delos Cloud, you will drive the adoption and use of Microsoft 365 to transform the German public administration. As Service Owner M365, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and development of the platform, ensuring it meets the specific requirements of authorities and ministries.
- Define service strategy: You will define the service strategy for M365 in the Delos Cloud and assume overall responsibility for the service lifecycle, from planning and implementation to operation and optimization of the platform.
- Interface between business and IT: As a liaison between specialist departments of the public administration and IT teams at Microsoft, you will ensure that customer needs are heard and incorporated into the cloud solution.
- Collaboration and communication: You will maintain close relationships with all stakeholders, both internally at Microsoft and externally with authorities and ministries, through transparent communication and proactive action.
- Innovation driver: You will stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in collaboration technologies and identify new potential for the M365 platform, driving its development forward.
Requirements
- M365 expert: You have in-depth expertise in the M365 platform and are familiar with various services and functions.
- Strategic thinking: You have a strong strategic mindset and can translate the needs of the public administration into a future-oriented cloud strategy.
- Leadership: With your communicative nature and enthusiastic demeanor, you motivate teams and lead them successfully to their goals.
- Negotiation skills: You are a skilled negotiator and can confidently represent the interests of the Delos Cloud to third parties.
- ITIL knowledge: ITIL processes are familiar to you, and you apply them in your daily work.
- Cloud enthusiast: You are passionate about cloud technology and excited about the opportunity to help shape the digital transformation of the public administration.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
