Treasury Operations Student Assistant

About the Company:
Become a vital part of the Treasury division, which is dedicated to optimizing cash and banking operations, managing bank accounts, and addressing corporate finance issues in a global context. Contribute to the oversight of the organization’s cash flow and play an essential role in managing currency.
Position: Working Student in Treasury (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee bank account management, including processing account statements and cash pooling activities.
- Conduct daily reconciliations of accounts and verify balances.
- Manage payment processing and approvals, while investigating any transaction discrepancies.
- Generate treasury reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Facilitate communication with banking institutions and address cash posting discrepancies.
- Recognize areas for process enhancement and assist with daily operational tasks.
- Coordinate and execute project-related activities.
- Actively engage in the routine operations of the treasury function.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Banking, or Accounting.
- Familiarity with Treasury Operations or Reconciliation processes.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with numerical data.
- Proficient in Excel and experienced with SAP 4 Hana/Dynamics 365 Finance Software.
- Fluent in English.
