About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Treasury Team as a Treasury Operations Specialist. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing cash and bank accounts, performing reconciliation, and analyzing financial data to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Bank Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bank accounts, process transactions, and reconcile statements.
- Cash Management: Oversee daily cash flows, manage cash balances, and ensure timely payments.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, optimize cash management, and improve financial performance.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit regular financial reports, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and provide timely updates on financial matters.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in treasury operations, financial management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Excel and financial software.
- Language: Fluency in English.
