About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global IT Program Manager to join our team at Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the IT landscape of Finance, Taxes, Controlling, HR, Facility Management, Legal, Compliance, and Learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our development and project teams, specialist departments, foreign subsidiaries, and partners to develop and implement strategic IT initiatives.
  • Work closely with business units and international subsidiaries to evaluate and prioritize strategic initiatives and translate them into a program roadmap.
  • Plan and manage resources, including budgeting, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Present and communicate project progress and concepts to business units, committees, and international subsidiaries.
Requirements
  • A successfully completed business degree (e.g. business administration, economics, business informatics) or a comparable qualification.
  • Relevant experience in HR, Facility Management, and Learning departments.
  • Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
  • Knowledge of HR management systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Confident demeanor and an agile, strategic mindset.
