Position: Field Sales Representative - Agriculture (m/f/d) (Remote/Home-Office)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture customer relationships while identifying and acquiring new clients
  • Provide expert consultations on plant protection, fertilization, and biostimulants
  • Engage with industry associations, consultants, and regulatory bodies
  • Represent OmniCult at trade shows and industry events

Your Qualifications:

  • Educational background in agriculture or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in sales related to fertilizers, plant protection, or seeds is advantageous
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication abilities
  • Proficient negotiation skills and capability to work autonomously
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
  • Willingness to travel and possess a valid driver's license
