Your New Role

As the Head of KWS Germany, you will be responsible for leading our sales and business development efforts in Germany. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies
    • Drive the transformation of our sales department to new heights of success
    • Maximize synergies and create a dynamic, high-performing team
  • Leading and Inspiring Large, Diverse Teams
    • Bring out the best in each member and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Promoting New Ideas and Initiatives
    • Revolutionize our approach to sales and ensure we stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving market
  • Serving as a Passionate Ambassador for KWS
    • Represent KWS with pride and enthusiasm

Your Skills, Knowledge & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a Related Field
  • Proven Track Record of Success in Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies
  • Experience in Leading Big, Diverse Teams and Restructuring or Transformation Initiatives
  • Strong Understanding of the Agricultural Industry and Market Dynamics
  • Outstanding Organizational Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills with Diverse Target Groups
  • Energetic & Result-Driven Individual with a Passion for Driving Change
  • Proactive Solution-Seeker and Interested in Continuous Improvement
  • Resilience and Adaptability in a Dynamic Environment
  • Excellent Command of Both German and English; Additional Language Skills are an Asset
